Deep-red, earthy beets harvested at peak maturity and instantly frozen to lock in nutrients, color, and texture for reliable year-round manufacturing.
Typical Applications
Prepared salads, canned soups, root vegetable blends, hummuses, and natural color extraction.
Industrial Packaging
Packaged in well closed, cardboard box with poly laminate bag free of metal staples or wire ties. Carton and weight can be made to client’s preference (Max weight 45lb of carton)
